Arabia Developments signed a cooperation agreement with Elevate – owner of the “Nile Scan” and “Nile Lab” brands – to manage, operate, and market the group’s first medical projects inside “Galleria” Mall in the Fifth Settlement, to serve as the starting point for an extended partnership that aims to improve the lifestyle and provide an integrated healthcare services system across the group’s various projects, in a strategic step that reflects the major change in the concepts of comprehensive urban development, Invest-Gate reports.

Expansion in the Healthcare Sector

This cooperation comes as part of Arabia Group’s strategic vision and its commitment to development, as the group aims to expand in the healthcare sector by launching a chain of “Plus One Clinics” inside “Galleria” Mall, alongside establishing another branch of the chain in the leading urban project “Sun Capital”, in addition to developing an integrated hospital with a capacity of 80 beds within the same project, which contributes to establishing medical infrastructure that meets the needs of residents and visitors according to the highest international quality standards.
