Arabia Holding announces delivery of the first phase of its Sun Capital will be in September 2021, Invest-Gate reports.

Sun Capital is located on an area of ​​600 acres in the Giza Pyramids with views of the Grand Egyptian Museum; the project is in partnership with the Ministry of Housing and Urban Communities.

The first phase is currently under its finishing touches, according to the latest fashionable designs by the famous Architect Hani Saad among others, the statement reads.

This June, Arabia Holding will launch the first building in the Boulevard area, the main part of the project, which has a commercial walkway of 14 km.

On his part, Vice Chairman Amr Diab says that the implementation rate of the buildings in the first phase amounted to approximately 63%, including landscape, lighting, lakes. He further indicates that the company is keen to execute the project with the highest quality, “especially that the Sun Capital project enjoys a prime location in the west of Cairo, with its direct view of the most important and oldest historical elements of Egypt,” he says.

Moreover, Diab adds that Sun Capital is an integrated project, comprising all kinds of facilities, including educational, medical, commercial, administrative, and sports. A group of international schools and universities will be established to provide the highest quality of education.
