UAE-based Arabtec Holding, a leading contractor for social and economic infrastructure, announced on May 23 that its wholly owned subsidiary Arabtec Construction has been awarded an AED 219 mn project in India from Raheja Developers, Invest-Gate reports

Arabtec Construction’s scope includes the construction of Navin Minar development, a 42-story residential tower with four basements and associated works, including landscaping, utilities, swimming pools, clubhouse, sports and community facilities, and 15 community housing towers, which are 15 floors each.

Located 2 kilometers from Delhi Indira Gandhi International Airport, the project will be developed over a total built-up area of 214,000 square meters, with its works to commence immediately for a duration of 36 months.

Commenting on the new award, Acting Group CEO Peter Pollard said, “We look forward to building on our partnership with Raheja Developers and to the successful delivery of the Navin Minar project in India.”
