Dubai-based developer Arabtec will build a five-star hotel in Dubai Internet City after it won the contract worth AED 340 million, reported The National.
The company stated that, along with its joint-venture partner, it has contracts worth AED 9 billion during the first half of this year.
The contracts include an AED 3.7 billion Modernization Program at Bahrain International Airport, and AED 1.7 billion for building 1,100 villas for Emiratis in Fujairah.
Additionally, it signed a contract worth AED 500 million to build 500 villas in Oud Muteena in Dubai, and a contract worth of AED 1.1 billion to build a twin-tower development in Central Dubai.
