Arcadis, a leading consultancy firm, has won the design and consultancy for Tilal Mall, which is going to be built in Tilal City in Sharjah, Construction Week Online reported.

Arcadis will provide consultancy for the design, engineering, and cost of the project.

The mall will be built over 185,806 square meters and include a four-star mall, a fashion corner, a family recreational spot, a hypermarket, a cinema, and a boulevard.

“Tilal Mall will be one of the UAE’s key shopping destinations and one of the largest malls in Sharjah. Located on the Emirates Road, the mall will enjoy direct accessibility to the motorway and neighbouring areas,” Chairman of Tilal Properties, Sheikh Sultan bin Ahmed Al Qasimi said.

The AED 2.4 billion Tilal Mall is set to be a touristic spot in Sharjah, Director-General of Tilal Properties, Khalifa Al Shaibani said, according to Arabian Business.

Tilal City is 10 kilometers away from Sharjah International Airport, and two kilometers away from Dubai.
