Archist Design Studio, announced its success in cooperating with strong entities in the real estate market and cooperating with them to work on distinctive projects in 2024, bringing the total number of projects added to its list of successes in 2024 to 25 projects, varies between architectural and interior design and implementation, Invest – Gate reports.

The founder and head of Archist Design Studio, Eng. Ibrahem Magdy, highlighted some of the standout projects from the year. Among these is a proposal for the external design of the MIDLY commercial and administrative project in the New Administrative Capital, developed in partnership with Icapital. Additionally, the studio worked with El Masria Group on two significant projects, “Isola Villa” and “Isola Quattro,” spanning a total area of 30 acres.

Looking ahead, the studio has begun working with Aitch Developments on the design of the Avila Compound in New Zayed and is also collaborating with Palma Developments. Plans are already underway for future projects on the North Coast in 2025, which will include a residential, hotel, and commercial development covering an area of 20 acres.

In addition to these ventures, the studio has made significant contributions to the interior design of several La’zurde brand branches, notably in Madinaty and Rehab. Furthermore, Archist Design Studio has undertaken residential projects in locations such as Cameron, Gabon, Saudi Arabia, and Switzerland, with ambitions for even greater international expansion in the future.

Magdy emphasized that some of the most notable interior design projects in Egypt this year included developments at Hyde Park, Lake View, Mountain View, and Sun Capital.
