Archist Design Studio, has announced its preparations for the architectural and interior designs for D.mile Zayed project in Sheikh Zayed City, which is being developed by District 4 Developments, as the project represents an investment of EGP 2.5 billion, Invest-Gate reports.

This collaboration aligns with the company’s plan to deliver an integrated urban development that combines modern design, sustainability, and a high quality of life.

A Modern Residential Community Model

Eng. Ibrahim Magdy, founder of Archist Design Studio, said that the project represents a new model for modern residential communities, as it includes approximately 300 residential units of varying areas, including studios, one- to three-bedroom apartments, loft apartments, and sky apartments, in addition to a fully equipped hotel within the project, providing a comprehensive residential and service experience.

Sustainability and Eco Friendly Design

He pointed that the project’s designs prioritize creating an eco friendly architectural environment by providing an internal walkway that extends the length of the project, offering residents a more interactive and comfortable living experience, as this is achieved through the integration of sustainability solutions, including dedicated electric vehicle charging stations within the project.

Quiet Room and Lifestyle Amenities

He highlighted the office’s focus on designing a Quiet Room within the project, which promotes a sense of comfort and tranquility for residents, as this concept is new to the Egyptian market, which was carefully incorporated into the design to become one of the project’s key features, in addition to offering a variety of amenities within the landscaped area, including kids area and an infinity pool.

Strategic Partnerships Within the Project

He explained that the project is being implemented in collaboration with Moharram Bakhoum, the project’s executive consultant, while Archist Design Studio is providing design consultations, besides Crystal Asfour is contributing by creating a crystal walkway within the project, lending it a distinctive artistic and architectural character, and Vodafone Egypt is the project’s technological partner.

Regional and International Portfolio

He added that the office boasts a diverse projects portfolio both inside and outside the Egyptian market, having executed the interior designs for several La’zurde brand branches, most notably Madinaty and Al Rehab, in addition to residential projects in Cameroon, Gabon, Saudi Arabia, and Switzerland.

Contributions to Major Projects

He assured that Archist Design Studio has also contributed to the interior designs of several major projects, including Hyde Park, Lake View, Mountain View, and Sun Capital, alongside a number of projects currently underway in Egypt, the Gulf region, and Europe.

He noted that through “D.mile Zayed” project, the office aims to present a modern architectural model that balances aesthetics, functionality, and sustainability, aligning with contemporary global trends in real estate development.
