Archplan Developments has signed a strategic partnership with global real estate firm JLL to manage and operate its landmark project IL Cuore Verde in the New Capital. The project, which features Egypt’s first vertical forest, is set to become a green architectural icon in the Financial District, Invest-Gate reports.

Ahmed Ashour, CEO of Archplan Developments, said the decision followed careful evaluation to secure a partner with strong international expertise. JLL, with more than 240 years of experience, manages over 204 mn sqm worldwide and employs 50,000 facility management professionals alongside a network of 20,000 engineers and technicians. The company also brings a proven track record in managing vertical forests, making it the ideal partner for this distinctive project.

Archplan emphasized that the agreement ensures clients of IL Cuore Verde will benefit from world-class operations and maintenance standards from delivery through long-term operation, boosting both investment value and sustainability.
