ARDIC for Real Estate Development and Investments has been taking part in the real estate exhibition “Egypt Gate Expo” from November 7 to 11, where its flagship project “Leeway Apartments” in Zizinia Al Mostakbal, New Cairo, made its debut, Invest-Gate reports.

“On the first day of Egypt Gate Expo witnessed huge demand at their booth where ARDIC raises the bar higher,” according to a released statement on November 7.

Leeway is a residential compound consisting of 1,807 luxuriously spacious apartments with sizes ranging from 200 to 250 square meters.

“Seeing as how demand is high on this project, Leeway Apartments’ payment plans are quite lenient: 5% down payment and up to eight-year payment plans with interest-free installments,” the statement added.

Speaking on the news, ARDIC’s CEO Ashraf Dowidar said, “The high turnout at our booth in Egypt Gate Expo reflects the leadership and excellence of our projects, and encourages us to increase our investments in the Egyptian real estate market.”

According to Dowaidar, 60% of Zizinia Al Mostakbal project has been marketed, with investments of more than EGP 1 bn in the project so far, he told state-owned Al Ahram Al Iktisadi news website on November 7.

ARDIC earlier obtained 310 acres in New Minya to develop an integrated urban housing project, the CEO noted in a statement to Al Ahram Al Iktisadi, adding that the marketing of the project will start in the second quarter of 2019.
