ARDIC Developments is expanding its footprint in East Cairo through a new strategic partnership with the New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA), Invest-Gate reports.

The move marks a significant step in the company’s growth strategy, as it prepares to launch a new mixed-use project that will add to its portfolio of high-end developments and strengthen its presence in Egypt’s real estate market.

Eng. Tamer El Akkad, CEO of ARDIC Developments, announced that the company is nearing completion of the agreement to acquire a new plot of land in East Cairo in cooperation with NUCA.

He explained that the project will combine luxury residential units with premium commercial spaces, reflecting ARDIC’s vision to create integrated developments that meet the evolving needs of the Egyptian market.

El Akkad added that ARDIC’s expansion plan aligns with its broader strategy to grow both east and west of Cairo through distinctive urban projects that blend elegance, functionality, and innovation.

He noted that the company currently serves more than 3,500 clients through five successful projects in New Cairo, El Shorouk City, and Mostakbal City — a testament to the trust and satisfaction of its customers.
