Egyptian real estate developer, ARDIC, plans to purchase a land plot from the government for a mixed-use project in Upper Egypt, Invest-Gate reports.
CEO of ARDIC Ashraf Doweidar confirns his company is currently negotiating with the government to purchase a land plot in Upper Egypt that can fit for mixed-use project that includes health, residential, and commercial facilities.
“The company is going in tandem with the governmental vision of decentralization, and expansion to Upper Egyptian governorates,” Doweidar tells Invest-Gate
The company’s plan relies on investing in the fields of industry, real estate, tourism, services, housing and reconstruction, Doweidar says
