ARDIC for Real Estate Development and Investments pumps total investment of EGP 2.1 bn in  Zizinia el Mostakbal real estate project, Invest-Gate reports.

The CEO of ARDIC for Real Estate Development and Investment, Ashraf Doweidar remarks that the project spans an area of 70.4 feddans, including residential units with areas range from 160 square meters to 568 square meters.

Doweidar adds that the company will finalise the project by 2020, noting that it allocates 80% of the areas for green landscapes and other services.

The project is located in Mostakbal City on  the main axis of the extension of Road 90 near the residential upmarket city of Madinaty  is easily accessible through the Suez-Cairo Road.
