ARDIC Developments takes necessary health precaution measures to ensure the safety of its community and employees amid the outbreak of COVID-19, Invest-Gate reports.

The company believes people are its most precious asset in any organization; therefore it implements regular sterilization and disinfection of its premises, all offices, and all facilities, as well as daily body temperature checks of all its employees, the company’s statement affirmed. In addition, all employees are requested to wear masks during the working hours.

ARDIC implemented an internal communication plan by HR and Marketing to guarantee that employees are well aware of the measure being taken to manage the situation in the company and not spread the virus, making sure managers are aware how to spot symptoms and are clear on relevant processes.

Management is also working on developing more strategies to maximize home working for roles that can be done remotely without service disruption.

Furthermore, all face-to-face meetings and gatherings are canceled and have been replaced by video or conference call technologies, which are currently being installed.
