ARDIC for Real Estate Development and Investments launched on July 10 a new phase in Zizinia El Mostakbal in Mostakbal City, east Cairo, totaling nearly EGP 1 bn, in a ceremony held in the presence of a number of real estate marketing firms, Invest-Gate reports. 

The new phase includes 300 units with various sizes, ranging from 160 to 260 square meters, situated in a distinguished location within the project, Director of Commercial Sector at ARDIC Mohamed Fathy explained in a statement released on the launching day. 

The newly-offered units will be provided via multiple feasible payment terms to suit the widest range of customers, starting at a 5% downpayment and ten-year installment plans, Fathy elaborated, adding that ARDIC has witnessed a high turnout of reservations since the launch of Zizinia El Mostakbal’s latest phase. 

Expected to finalize the sale of this newest phase within the coming days, the Egypt-based real estate developer plans to fully handover Zizinia El Mostakbal in 2020, aiming to be the first compound to be delivered in Mostakbal City during that year.

Back on April 3, the Egypt-based developer inked a cooperation protocol with the Federation of Cooperative Housing (FCH) to deliver 500 units of Zizinia El Mostakbal’s total number of residential properties – or 25% of the project. Under the deal, the company endeavors to boost the compound’s sales to reach 85% of the entire units, adding up to the 60% that had been earlier made prior to the signing. 

Zizinia El Mostakbal is a 70-acre compound that features 1,806 residential units, ranging from 160 to 570 square meters. Besides to its top-notch designs, the project comprises 80% greenery landscapes, providing a plethora of facilities for residents that include recreational, commercial, medical centers, as well as, a sports area, bike tracks, and several parks and gardens.
