Areva Development is preparing to launch the most distinctive phases of its administrative and commercial project, Glare, located in one of the most prominent sites in New Cairo, Invest-Gate reports.

The project spans an area of 6,880 sqm, which comes in conjunction with commencing the construction work on the project after obtaining the ministerial decree for the construction of the mall. The project encompasses administrative, commercial, and medical facilities, adhering to the highest standards, technical designs, and engineering with total investments amounting to EGP 2.4 bn.

For his part, Amr Yassin, Chairman of Areva Development, said, “The company possesses expertise in the field of tourism investment, real estate, and various economic sectors, over 38 years.”

He explained that the Glare project, launched during the second half of last year, has received great interest from customers due to its unique location on the main North 90th Street. He also noted that the project comprises ground and seven floors, covering a built-up area of 33,000 sqm.

Yassin further clarified that the company thoroughly studied the area before launching the project and developed a unique and distinctive architectural design. The company contracted with Egypt’s top architectural consultants to execute the mall according to the latest international standards and designs, while also ensuring the implementation of sustainability and quality systems.
