Arkan Palm Developments, a subsidiary of Badreldin Group, has announced the launch of 205 Towers, a key component of its 205-masterplan spanning 205 feddans in the heart of Sheikh Zayed City. 205 Towers features 362 residential units and 136 serviced apartments managed by Intercontinental Hotels Group (IHG), combining superior quality and elegant design. The project also includes Intercontinental West Cairo 205, a 290-room hotel, as part of a broader hospitality vision encompassing more than 600 rooms within the 205-masterplan, including Holiday Inn and Voco hotels. This integrated offering merges upscale residences, premium offices, retail outlets, and cultural venues, reflecting Arkan Palm’s vision for contemporary living in West Cairo.
Designed by Dar Al-Handasah, the three towers boast panoramic views of the Giza Pyramids and West Cairo’s skyline. Residents will enjoy exclusive facilities such as health and spa centers, indoor and outdoor pools, fine dining restaurants, boutique retail, and cultural spaces — all managed by Savills to ensure world-class property and facility management.
