Real estate developer Arkan Palm launches a new phase of offices and clinics in its 205 Project in Sheikh Zayed City, Invest-Gate reports.

Situated in distinguished locations in Sheikh Zayed, the project spans over more than 205 feddans.

Badr El-Din, CEO of Arkan Palm, says that the increasing local and international demand for the company’s administrative, medical, and commercial units, is an indicator of the strength of the project and the attractiveness of the Egyptian market.

Ahmed Badr El-Din, CEO of Badr El-Din for Construction, states that the 205 Project includes 30,000 sqm of entertainment services, in addition to residential, administrative, and commercial zones.

For her part, Nadia Badr El-Din, Head of Marketing at Arkan Palm Developments, reveals that the company builds administrative office units ranging between 70 to 80 sqm.

She adds that the 205 Project features small offices, whole buildings, and co-working spaces.
