ARQA Real Estate Development Company announces the start of drilling and construction work on latest projects in iBusiness Park Towers, Invest-Gate reports.
According to a press conference held on March 16, ARQA’s Head of the Business Development Ahmed Jamal El-Din explains that the quality in the project involves classy architectural facades and unique features, which can be implemented and delivered with the same specifications.
El-Din adds that the company chose the land at the end of 2019, this before a project was launched in the same area, especially the tower beam.
He notes that the project was opened with reservations in August 2020, and contracts began in October same year, but the sales volume exceeded EGP 1 bn during the first five months, noting that the company did not face any obstacles.
In response to the project financing, El-Din assures the company not being financed through bank loans, only self-financing through the company.
In terms of payment method, the main payment system is with a contract provider of 10% with facilities of 7 years and there are other different and flexible systems including those with facilities up to 12 years. In addition, it was announced that the company is preparing a new project over the next 6 months.
Ahmed Ziadeh, marketing director for ARQA, says the project differs from its units from their peers from competing companies in terms of the accuracy of engineering design and the mix of raw material diversity. Elements developed through strategic partners, engineering consulting firm, Hussein Sabour, and Commercial CAD Management Company CAD, prior to project launch.
