Ahmed Zeyada, Chief Commercial Officer at ARQA Development Group, stated that the company achieved record sales in the ANNEX 26 project, exceeding EGP 1.5 bn in just 45 days since the official launch on October 8, 2024, Invest-Gate reports.
Zeyada added that the group was committed to completing all paperwork related to the project’s land and licenses for design and construction before launching the project. This preparation distinguished the project and increased customer confidence, coinciding with the start of probes and soil tests in preparation for excavation and construction in the coming periods.
He also emphasized that the extensive marketing campaigns for the project did not include any prices or offers; instead, they focused solely on promoting the project’s design, features, and name to enhance the investment value of the units for contracting clients. The strategy aims to initiate marketing campaigns for the mall years before its delivery, rather than simply boosting sales.
The ANNEX 26 project is strategically located in 6th of October City on the 26th of July Axis and includes commercial units for entertainment and shopping on the ground and first floors, as well as administrative offices and fully finished medical clinics, each with separate entrances and operational services.
The project spans an area of 14,000 sqm and is characterized by its design, which adheres to the highest quality and operational standards in compliance with international codes.
ANNEX 26 stands out due to its direct location on the 26th of July Axis, facing West Somid Villas and adjacent to the first and second districts in 6th of October City, serving a population density of up to 750,000 people.
The project is also distinguished by the strategic partnership agreements signed by ARQA Development Group with major consulting companies in various architectural, structural, operational, and maintenance fields, as well as specialized facade companies such as MOD+ Partners, Kad, Accord, and FTI. These partnerships aim to ensure quality for contracting clients and guarantee the mall’s continued operation after delivery with the highest operational standards.
