ARQA Development kicks off Aviary Park project in NAC, Invest-Gate reports.

In April, Mahrous El-Zeiny, Chairman of ARQA Development Group, states that the construction works of the “I Business Park” started 10 days ago, following the completion of the project’s excavation works together with all the designs and engineering drawings.

El-Zeiny emphasizes the highest leadership of the real estate market in general and the NAC in particular and reassures customers of their investments in the “I Business Park” towers project, besides offering Aviary Park project.

“Aviary Park has been announced as a new project because this phase of (I Business Park) towers has a special nature that makes it new and independent project, especially since it has restaurants and cafes suspended on the 19th and 20th floors connected with (I Business Park) towers, which are the exclusive, only and highest commercial units at a height of 91 meters in the NAC so far, in addition to the exclusive (Aviary) reserves at the level of the capital,” Ahmed Gamal El-Din, CEO of ARQA, states.

For his part, Haitham Kamel, Sales Manager at ARQA, says that Aviary Park enjoys a direct view of the Al-Massa Hotel and the Iconic Tower, in addition to being located at the intersection of the Mohammed Bin Zayed axis with the central axis.

“The commercial units’ areas in “Aviary Park” start from 65 meters and the administrative ones are 37 meters, with prices starting from EGP 235,000 and EGP 80.000 for the commercial and administrative units respectively and the sales areas of the project are estimated at 11,000 sqm,” Kamel says.

Additionally, Ahmed Ziada, Head of ARQA’s Marketing Sector, indicates that the secret of naming this stage “Aviary” is due to the global concept of tree and bird reserves, expecting that the announced reserves will transform the project into a distinguished tourist attraction in the NAC.
