Artal Developments has officially begun construction on its flagship mixed-use project STRIDE just six months after launch, reaffirming its commitment to meeting timelines and accelerating execution, Invest-Gate reports.
This milestone aligns with the company’s broader expansion plan, which includes the upcoming launch of two new projects in New Cairo.
Maher Taha, CEO of Artal Developments, stated, “The start of construction at STRIDE marks a new chapter in our 27-year journey in Egypt’s real estate market. Located on North 90 Street in New Cairo’s Fifth Settlement, the project benefits from a prime location, and we’re committed to delivering it with top-tier quality.”
Taha highlighted that breaking ground so quickly reflects Artal’s strong commitment to timely execution and turning plans into reality. “This approach has built our reputation on reliability, quality, and distinction in the real estate sector,” he added.
With a total investment of EGP 12 bn, STRIDE is Artal’s latest mixed-use development featuring commercial, administrative, and medical units. It spans 13,600 sqm of land with a 240-meter frontage and a total built-up area of 57,200 sqm. The project is designed to be a fully integrated business community, offering smart infrastructure, modern services, and efficient space planning.
Artal will develop STRIDE over four phases, with handovers starting in 2027. Taha confirmed the company’s clear roadmap to meet all delivery milestones.
He also revealed plans to launch two new landmark projects soon, promising innovative developments that align with market demand and client expectations.
