As scheduled, the Mada Residences project in Downtown Dubai, will be completed in Q2 of 2018, Trade Arabia reported.

The project is just a minute walk away from the Dubai Mall Extension, two minutes from Business Bay Marina, the Yacht Club, Promenade and an RTA Water Taxi Station. Artar has picked this location seeing Dubai’s Downtown district as one of the world’s prime central city locations for investment and living.
