Archrete Designs announces winning the design tender of Nile Business City, Africa’s third tallest tower at the New Administrative Capital (NAC), Invest-Gate reports.

Nile Business City is one of Nile Real Estate Development’s projects in the NAC. With a length of 233 m heigh, the project covers an area of ​​296,000 sqm, equivalent to about 70.5 acres, and is the highest private sector skyscraper in Egypt with a height of 56 floors. Nile Business City project consists of four separate towers.

It is worth noting that Archrete Designs succeeded in designing more than 40 projects in the NAC, in addition to more than 1,000 residential projects, varying between buildings and villas. The company has handled 10 interior and outdoor designs for a number of villas and palaces outside Egypt.
