ASALDI Properties completes the first sales phase of its debut commercial project, “Shades,” in New Cairo, Invest-Gate reports.

This milestone underscores the company’s commitment to delivering a unique commercial concept, with 85% of retail spaces leased and over 50% of administrative offices sold in the initial phase.

Construction is underway, with completion anticipated by the second quarter of 2025. Kareem Beram, CEO of ASALDI Properties, attributed this success to innovative marketing strategies that effectively target the company’s customer base. “We are proud to reach this significant milestone in the ‘Shades’ project,” Beram remarked.

Founder Mohamed Hany Al Assal highlighted the company’s strategic approach to addressing gaps in the real estate market, particularly in the commercial and administrative sectors. “We are committed to filling this gap in the best possible way with our ‘Shades’ project,” he said.

Strategically located in New Cairo’s First Settlement near Suez Road, “Shades” sits at the nexus of major residential and commercial areas. It offers convenient access to Heliopolis, El Shorouk, 90 Street, the New Administrative Capital, and Future City. The project encompasses office spaces, clinics, restaurants, cafes, retail outlets, recreational facilities, a fitness center, and a supermarket.

“Shades” will feature a mix of prominent local brands, providing a diverse array of options for consumers. The administrative offices are designed to foster a productive work environment, incorporating the latest technologies and facilities to support daily operations.
