Assiut Governorate, in cooperation with the Ministry of Investment, will offer 66,000 square meters to investors in a one-stop window in August, reported Al Borsa News.

The land plots offered are for residential, commercial and tourism purposes.

Work for the new fiscal year will include maintaining 25 new diverse projects at an investment cost of EGP 500 million.

About 15 projects will be launched in Assiut industrial district with investments worth EGP 123 million, with 33,000 square meters earmarked for establishing investment projects in industrial zones.
