Atlas for Investment & Real Estate Development, a subsidiary of the public company, Atlas for Land Reclamation and Agricultural Processing, is to develop a residential project in 6th of October City at a total cost of EGP 250 mn, reported Al Borsa.

The company expects a total revenue of around EGP 390 mn from its real estate project that is scheduled to be introduced during the first quarter of 2017.

The development plan spreads on a 24 acre- land and will be completed within three years. Atlas anticipates a total sales of EGP 100 mn from when launching the project, according to Arab Finance.
