ATRIC Developments participates in Egypt Gate Expo with two projects, namely, BOHO ElSokhna and Boardwalk New Capital, Invest-Gate reports.

ATRIC Developments CCO Mohamed Khattab confirms that Egypt Gate Expo kicks off at a special time with the beginning of the summer, which sees a high demand for purchasing. On the other hand, real estate exhibitions are an opportunity for direct communication with customers and showing advantages in every project.

Moreover, real estate exhibitions are important in measuring the trends of the market, by identifying the customers’ requirements, which will help the company in its current and upcoming projects.

“At Egypt Gate, the company presents BOHO ELSokhna project, one of the distinguished projects implemented in the tourist area that overlooks the coast of the Gulf of Suez and is 10 minutes from Zafarana Road,” Khattab adds.

BOHO ElSokhna project includes 300 fully finished housing units, with areas ranging from 70 to 337 sqm, going between duplexes, townhouses, chalets, villas, and a 100-room hotel.

Additionally, YBA office is the project’s consultant and the company has succeeded in marketing 30% of the project since its launch, as it is scheduled to be delivered in December 2022.

Alike, Khattab confirms that Boardwalk New Capital project is located in R7 in the NAC. The units vary between 112 sqm and 200 sqm and the Cube Company is a consultant for the project.

The project overlooks 6-acre public gardens with a green terrace that beautifies the facades. It also relies on solar energy to generate electricity used in the gardens and light the project’s roads.

Khattab concludes that the units of the Boardwalk New Capital are separated between 60% of buildings and the rest are villas, and it is scheduled to start delivery in 2023, while 75% of the project has been marketed so far.
