ATRIC Developments’ Pavilion Sees High Turnout in Cityscape 2022

ATRIC Developments announces the high turnout for the company’s pavilion at Cityscape Egypt, which took place at the Egypt International Exhibition Center during September 21st and 24th, Invest-Gate reports.

CCO of ATRIC Developments Mohamed Khattab says that the company’s pavilion saw a strong turnout since the beginning of the exhibition due to its distinguished projects and the distinctive offers rolled out to customers.

Khattab adds that the company’s marketing and sales team clarified all details of the projects and answered all clients’ inquiries. This, in turn, achieved exceptional sales results.

During Cityscape, ATRIC Developments launched a new phase of Boardwalk project in the NAC. Boardwalk is an integrated residential project over 45 acres in the R7 area, with a total investment of EGP 4 bn and includes 1,500 units.

Moreover, Khattab clarifies that the high implementation rates of the company’s projects, its strong precedent, and the unique sites are all components that led to the high demand of customers for the company’s projects. The company rolled out mesmerizing payment systems for its projects during the exhibition period, which is a 5% down payment and installments over 10 years.

Additionally, Khattab explains that phase III of BOHO project in Ain Sukhna was launched during Cityscape 2022, with a great payment system of 5% down payment and installments over eight years. All units are delivered fully finished with air-conditioning, while the project is characterized by being on terraces to ensure that most of the units directly overlook the sea.

BOHO comprises 300 units varying between townhouses, chalets, villas, and duplexes. This project includes distinctive chalets starting from 40 to 150 sqm. Further, the company cooperates with Yasser Al Beltagy Architects (YBA) as a consultant for the project.
