UAE-based Aurora Real Estate Development plans to handover Lyra, an AED 85 mn (USD 23 mn) residential project in Dubai, following its completion, Trade Arabia report.

This is the second project to be delivered by Aurora after the delivery of Hyati Residence last year.

Located near Dubai International Academic City, Lyra is a 112-unit complex specifically catering to young professionals and students, Trade Arabia quotes the developer as saying.

The developer completed the project in cooperation with its key strategic partners from ECC Group, including Engineering Contracting Company (ECC), Abanos interior fit-out and joinery, CoreServ Facilities Management, Prime Metal Industries (PMI), and United Masters Electromechanical (UME).
