AVA MINA Group partners with Unitech Facilities Management (Unitech FM) to manage and operate its N-Mall in the New Administrative Capital (NAC), Invest-Gate reports.
Chairman of AVA Mina, Ashraf Awad, affirms that the group is seeking cooperation with major local and international brands in its project in the NAC, with an aim of enhancing and supporting its investments and maximizing the project’s returns to both the customer and the group. He adds that the group’s project in the NAC falls in line with the government’s expansion and strategic plan.
The deal was signed by Ihab Awad, Managing Director and Vice Chairman of AVA MINA, and Ashraf Adib, Managing Director, of Unitech.
N-Mall is a commercial, medical, and administrative project, and spans over 2,300 sqm. It overlooks three corners and close to the government and the business district.
Ihab Awad notes that the project’s investments reached EGP 220m and will be implemented in one phase. The project is set to be completed in 2023, and the medical and administrative units will be delivered fully finished.
The construction area of the project is only 30% of the total land. The project consists of two floors in the basement for cars over an area of 4,600 sqm, supplied with the latest smart parking system. The ground, first, second, and third floors are allocated for commercial units, while the fourth floor is allocated for clinics and laboratories. The administrative units will be on the floors between the fifth and the eighth. Awad adds that NAC will be the most important spot in the Middle East and will be the second Dubai.
The group also signed a cooperation agreement with Amer Group’s unit, Tropicana, to launch Studio Masr restaurants, Carino’s and cafeccino cafes in the N-Mall project. The deal was signed between Awad and Mohamed Al- Qabbani, Director of the franchise and development department at Tropicana.
