Awj Developments has partnered with BRAIN 2 FACT to oversee managing the Urban Mall project in Badr City, Invest-Gate reports.

This collaboration is part of Awj Developments’ strategic plan to establish successful partnerships with competent and experienced companies. The agreement was formally signed by Yasser Zaidan, CEO and Managing Director of Awj Developments, and Diaa Boulos, CEO of BRAIN 2 FACT.

Commenting on the partnership, Gamal Ghoneim, Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at Awj Developments, stated that the company aims to leverage the competitive advantages of the project. To achieve this, they have joined forces with reputable companies specializing in various fields, to develop an exceptional flagship project in Badr City. The Urban Mall will be the first and largest entertainment mall in the Motamize neighborhood of Badr City.

Ghoneim further emphasized that the project enjoys a prime location in Badr City, with direct views of the central park. He highlighted the extensive experience of BRAIN 2 FACT, a pioneering company known for successfully managing and operating numerous projects in Egypt, the Gulf region, and Belgium.

For his part, Diaa Boulos, CEO of BRAIN 2 FACT, emphasized the significance of collaborating with Awj Developments in their flagship project in Badr City. He highlighted the project’s investment appeal and prime location, underscoring their aim to position it as a destination for clients within and outside Badr City.

Boulos further stated that his company had devised a plan to manage the project with the highest efficiency and quality standards, drawing from their extensive experience and current project portfolio. They are determined to maximize the benefits of the mall’s competitive advantages.
