Jordan’s Ayla Oasis Development Company announced that 50% of homeowners residing within the Island Apartments in Aqaba’s Marina District project have received title deeds for their units after the registration of their homes with the Lands and Survey Department, Trade Arabia notes.
The owners are said to have made up the core of the larger Ayla community featuring luxury, comfort and upscale urban living, Sahl Dudin, the company’s managing director stated.
Title deeds is a type of certification issued by Ayla in 2016, portraying the company’s commitment to protect investors and turn the Aqaba district to one of the top investment destinations in the region. It is given to owners who fulfill their obligations towards their properties.
The Ayla project is currently under construction and several facilities are currently being implemented before being delivered through phases, added Dudin.
The facilities include a beach club, a marina, and a Golf Club, including a course and academy developed by Greg Norman.
