Azizi Developments, a UAE-based developer, has announced its Azizi Aliyah project in Dubai Healthcare City, according to Arabian Business on Friday.

The fully-serviced residential project is scheduled for completion in 2018, valued at around AED 470 mn. The development will feature 191 studio apartments, 135 one-bedroom apartments and 20 two-bedroom apartments on a total construction area of 482,123 square feet.
