Azizi Developments Awards Contract Worth AED 118 mn for Azizi Aura

Dubai-based real estate developer Azizi Developments awards a construction contract worth AED 118 mn to Al-Qandeel Contracting Company for Azizi Aura in Downtown Jebel Ali, Construction Week Online reports.

The 17-floor building comprises 479 residential units that include 349 studios, 87 one-bedroom flats, and 43 two-bedroom units. Azizi Aura is part of the upcoming 38-building project defining Downtown Jebel Ali in Dubai.
