UAE’s private developer Azizi Developments announced on November 11 the launch of Mirage in the upcoming Dubai Studio City in Dubai, UAE, Invest-Gate reports.
Designed with the young generation in mind and featuring post-modern architecture, Mirage boasts 253 studios, as well as, 155 one- and 366 two-bedroom apartments, according to a recent press release.
With a built-up area (BUA) of 38,163 square meters, the new development “gives emphasis to vertical features and curved forms that resemble the buttresses of early European structures, all while embodying a modern and sleek design,” read the statement.
Mirage is located adjacent to Dubai Sports City and Motor City, with both offering a multitude of recreational activities and leisure options, including Dubai International Stadium, Dubai Autodrome, fitness centers, equestrian clubs, and golf courses. The project also grants direct access to Mohammed bin Zayed Road and Al Khail Road, while also being in proximity to major business and retail hubs.
Farhad Azizi, CEO of Azizi Developments, stated, “Empowered, financially confident, and socially stable millennials are realizing that owning a property, rather than renting one, enables them to invest in a lucrative asset while incurring lower monthly accommodation costs.”
“We are pleased to cater to this shift in awareness and understanding by not just tailoring our products to their liking, but by also helping them overcome their fear of commitment through affordable and flexible payment plan options,” he added.
Among the many amenities, Mirage features a fully-equipped gym, sauna, steam room, in addition to expansive swimming pools, kids areas, retail outlets, and a beautifully-landscaped outdoor park.
