UAE-based real estate developer Azizi Developments has launched its new residential community,”Berton,” in Al Furjan, Dubai, bringing out an “exceptionally well-thought-out master-planned community,” Invest-Gate reports.

Situated away from the city’s bustling life, Berton promises residents an outstandingly serene lifestyle at one of the most vibrant locations in Dubai. With prices starting at AED 457,000, the compound boasts 245 units, including 190 studios, in addition to 41 one- and 14 two-bedroom apartments, spreading across seven levels and offering breathtaking views of the city’s skyline, Azizi Developments said in an official statement on August 26.

Featuring upscale interior designs and finishing services, while using eco-friendly materials to catch up with the world’s highest standards of environmental sustainability.
