Dubai’s real estate developer Azizi Developments plans to build a mega structure along Shaikh Zayed Road in the summer of 2018, Construction Week Online reports.

Expected to be among the biggest skyscrapers in Dubai, the as yet unnamed colossal construct would reportedly tower over 570 meters into the air.

An Azizi Developments spokesperson declined to comment on if the in-the-pipeline skyscraper would be the third-tallest in Dubai, the project’s valuation, whether the property would be residential or commercial, or when the structure would open its doors to the public, Construction Week notes.

Azizi unveiled two skyscraper projects on Shaikh Zayed Road and with one of them to be the second tallest (at 570 meters plus), with the combined cost of the developer’s plans to aim for the skies is AED 4.5 bn, which includes the cost of the land, Gulf News reported earlier.

“For the 570-meter plus project, we bought the plot from Meydan last year,” Gulf News quoted Azizi Chairman Mirwais Azizi, as saying.
