Dubai-based real estate developer Azizi Developments has revealed plans to fully hand over Azizi Plaza, one of its 22 residential projects in Al Furjan, in Q3 2019, Invest-Gate reports.
The company further announced the completion of more than 85% of the project’s construction works, according to the company’s recent press release.
In collaboration with expert contractors, Azizi Developments managed to finalize 76% of the second round of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works, as well as, 66% of the facades and 36% of the external works. Meanwhile, works on the swimming pool exceeded 81% and elevator works hit 90%, bringing the entire finishing works to up to 79%.
“This construction milestone is a testament to our commitment to on-schedule delivery, highlighted by our ‘Year of Construction,” CEO of Azizi Developments Farhad Azizi said.
“Azizi Plaza is an outstanding residential development that features affordable premium units in a highly strategic location, offering superb connectivity to all of Dubai’s points of interest. It presents a remarkable opportunity for residents to shift from renting to owning, with its excellent payment plans and the already-growing rental yields in Al Furjan,” Azizi added.
Units of the project are offered at competitive prices, starting from AED 423,000, with attractive payment plans of 10% down payment and the remaining upon handover, the press release said.
Azizi Plaza spans across a total gross floor area of over 25,500 square metres, while comprising 434 residential units, including 286 studios, 46 one-bedroom and 86 two-bedroom apartments, as well as, 16 penthouses.
