Dubai-based Azizi Developments launched its Azizi Samia project, reported Arabian Business.

Azizi Samia is located in Dubai’s Al Furjan community and consists of 284 apartments in a serviced residence tower, scheduled for completion in 2018.

The company offers a payment plan for the units, offering booking of the apartment for the payment of 1% of the unit price while paying another 29% during construction with the rest being due upon completion.

CEO Farhad Azizi stated the payment plans and the affordability of the project would cater to “mid-income professionals, families, business and home owners.”
