UAE’s developer Azizi Developments is to deliver its seven projects, worth AED 1.8 bn, at Al Furjan community in the first and second quarters of 2018, Trade Arabia reports.

Roy Mediterranean and Montrell are set to be delivered in February, while the other projects to be handed over this year include Plaza, Azizi Star, Samia, Farishta and Shaista in the second quarter.

The projects will add more than 2,000 homes to Al Furjan community comprising spacious studio, one- and, two-bedroom apartments as well as a commercial area.

Al Furjan has an easy access to Ibn Battuta Mall, Jebel Ali Free Zone, the Expo 2020 site, schools, shopping mall, and community center, Azizi Developments CEO Farhad Azizi says.
