Azizi Developments, a prominent UAE developer, will launch its latest project called ‘Shaista Residence’ in Al Furjan neighborhood in Dubai, reported Arabian Business.

The project is worth of a total of AED 250 million and is expected to be completed in 2018. The 12-storey residence will include a total of 284 residential units, with 137 studios, 124 one-bedroom apartments, and 23 two-bedroom apartments.

Shaista also includes several amenities, such as an outdoor pool, spa, gymnasium, health club, concierge, 24-hour valet parking service, coffee shops and restaurants, and retail outlets.

The project targets mid-range luxury buyers, and is located close to Discovery Gardens, The Gardens, and Ibn Battuta Mall.

‘Shaista Residence’ will be added to the company’s portfolio in the UAE that is worth a total of AED 7.3 billion, stated The National.
