UAE-based Azizi Developments announces that work is progressing steadily on Riviera, its French Mediterranean-inspired waterfront community project, in MBR City Dubai, Invest-Gate reports. 

Giving a project update, Azizi says that Phase 1 of the project now stands at 99% completed, with the majority of the buildings already being handed over, while Phase 2 now stands at 98%, Phase 3 at 92% and Phase 4 at 27% completion.

Azizi Development adds that with 30 buildings already completed, totaling approximately 6,000 units, the rest of phases 1, 2, and 3 will be finished within the coming months.

CEO Farhad Azizi commented on the rapid construction: “To see our efforts pay off continuously in terms of build quality, construction speed, and local and international demand feels incredibly gratifying to all of us at Azizi Developments.”

“Riviera is such a vast and well-thought-through community, one that will be home to 16,000 families who will see their lifestyles being elevated into a realm of unparalleled comfort, convenience, health, and well-being. Many have already received their keys, with many more receiving them in the coming weeks and months,” notes Azizi.

He adds that Azizi Developments is now gearing up for the remainder of its 2023 deliveries.
