B.TECH signed an agreement with Madinet Nasr Housing and Development (MNHD) to relocate its administrative headquarters to Kinda project in Taj City, Invest-Gate reports.
Situated on an area of 12,000 sqm, the new headquarters is slated for delivery by the end of 2023.
Designed by Canadian SVN, Kinda features several services and facilities, including a multi-purpose sports court, a swimming pool, a football court, and fitness centers, along with healthcare services and educational programs.
Taj City is a compound developed by MNHD in New Cairo. It features a plethora of services and facilities, including restaurants, shopping malls, a sports club, and clinics.
“This agreement is a testament to B.TECH’s continuous efforts to create a high-quality working environment for our team members who are our success partners and the main reason behind the growth and sustainability of our operations,” Chairman and Managing Director of B.TECH, Mahmoud Khattab, comments.
The deal comes in line with B.TECH’s expansion plan in the Egyptian market and MNHD’s strategy to expand in administrative and services projects.
It marks the beginning of long-term cooperation between the two companies.
