Babylon Urban Development Company announces the partnership with the largest consulting and engineering offices to supervise the implementation of Senator and Heritage projects in the New Administrative Capital, with a targeted sales value of EGP 500 mn, Invest-Gate reports.

Hossam Farag, Chairman of Babylon reveals signing contracts with the Zodic Company (engineer Shady Afifi), one of the largest companies specialized in architectural designs, the architect Abdallah Khalil, and a member of the American and Canadian Association of Engineers to prepare the structural design of the two projects, in addition to the Icon Company (Eng. Ahmed Shawky), one of the most important electromechanical companies (executing the New Alamein Towers), according to a company press release on February 16.

Furthermore, the company contracts with Deyaar Company. Babylon signs an agreement with Premium Business, one of the largest companies specialized in investment management in England, to market the Senator and Heritage projects in England and European markets, the statement reads.

Hossam reveals that Premium Business is assigned to search for companies to manage the two projects and global management companies to operate the projects for the highest return and maximum benefit for the clients.

On his part, Ehab Adib, Managing Director of Premium Business, says, “We have great confidence in Babylon as we have partnered before in many projects.” Premium Business assures its clients with returnable and valuable investments in England and Europe,” he adds.
