Hossam Farag, Chairman of the Babylon Urban Development Company, reveals the launch its first projects in the real estate market, Senator and Heritage at the New Administrative Capital (NAC), Invest-Gate reports.
The company aims to pump EGP1 bn investments in 2021 in its projects at NAC, according to a company press release on February 10.
The two projects’ target sales are EGP 500 mn, and it aims to provide more than 2000 direct and indirect job opportunities in the downtown area, the statement reads. Senator is located in a premium location with high-quality services including security, maintenance, panoramic elevators, meeting rooms on each floor, and the main conference room that can accommodate 100 people. The project extends over an area of 2322 m, consisting of ground and eight floors, and includes nearly 200 administrative and medical units with spaces Starting from 31 to 61 sqm per unit.
The Heritage also enjoys a unique location, spans over an area of 1250 m with eight floors, and includes about 70 units with an area ranging from 61 to 85 m. It offers a distinguished product, where the customer can have an administrative or medical unit with an area of 600 sqm, suitable for companies that want large areas. Construction is scheduled to start on the two projects in March 2021, the statement reveals.
Furthermore, the company offers various payment facilities, starting with zero down payments, and installments over 14 years. It’s noteworthy that Senator and Heritage are the first of the company’s business in the real estate market and the beginning of a package of specialized and distinguished real estate projects; administrative, medical, educational, commercial, and residential.
