Babylon Starts Constructions of Senator, Heritage in NAC

With EGP 500 mn of investments, Babylon Urban Developments starts construction works of its project, Senator and Heritage, in the NAC’s Administrative District, Invest-Gate reports.

Accordingly, Babylon has contracted a group of engineering consultants including, Architectural Consultant ZODIAC ADC, Shady Afify, Abdullah Khalil, Design Master, Ahmed El-Hadidy, Diyar Consultants,  Tarek El-Oraby, and Hisham Soliman as a project management consultant for constructions, in addition to I-CON Mep Smart Solutions company as an electromechanical consultant, Ahmed Shawky, and Rowad Modern Engineering (RME) and its CEO Mohamed Mahlab for executing concrete works.

For his part, Hossam Farag, CEO of Babylon, reveals that Bablyon is the first company to work in the Administrative District. This comes after the adoption of architectural and construction drawings and the receiving the necessary licenses to start construction works.

“Bablyon targets EGP 750 mn in sales. The company also plans to pump EGP 250 mn of investments during 2022,” Farag states, adding that the company was ahead in launching the first projects in the NAC Administrative District in 2021.

He further notes that the company was keen on choosing distinct and unique sites for its projects, Senator and Heritage, which overlook the most important features of NAC, such as the Mosque of Egypt, the Green River and People’s Square.

Additionally, he points out, “The NAC is a major state project designed in a smart way that helps developers to expand their works. The architectural scheme has been developed in which all previous mistakes and problems in all urban cities will be avoided, which will attract local and foreign developers.”
