Badreldin Developments, a subsidiary of the prominent Badreldin Group, officially commences construction of its latest project, the ONE33 Compound, in Sheikh Zayed City, Invest-Gate reports.

The groundbreaking ceremony was attended by key figures, including Mamdouh Badreldin, Chairman and Founder of Badreldin Companies; Tamer Badr El Din, Chairman of Badreldin Developments; and Ahmed Badreldin, General Manager of Badreldin Developments, along with department heads from across the company.

Moreover, the ONE33 project highlights Badreldin Group’s extensive 34-year experience in the real estate market. Over the past two decades, the group has successfully developed and delivered integrated projects spanning 1.2 million sqm.

This includes 8,000 residential units and 200,000 square meters of mixed-use services such as malls, office buildings, and hotels. The group is working on projects covering an additional 1.8 million sqm.

Badreldin Group boasts a notable portfolio of pioneering projects in West Cairo, including Arkan Plaza, Arkan Extension, Mazaar Mall, Crown Plaza Hotel, Karma 1, 2, 3, 4, Karma Residence, and Karma Heights. Presently, the group is developing the Kayan Compound and Project 205.
