Bahrain’s Ministry of Housing on Monday outlined its housing strategy, announcing a blueprint that will see the construction of five mega residential projects, all in all featuring 65,000 units, according to the Bahrain News Agency.
The report cited Northern Town, East Hidd Town, Southern Town and Al-Ramli housing scheme as part of the construction blueprint.
The new construction effort will come under the royal order to build 40,000 units and under the Government Action Programme over 25,000 units. The ministry presentation also included undisclosed details about infrastructure and public amenities of the project.
