Baron Developments Set to Launch New Project in Early 2025

As part of its preparations to launch its new project in early 2025, aimed at enhancing its investments in the Egyptian real estate market, Kyrollos Zarif, Baron Developments CEO, revealed the company’s vision for the coming period, Invest-Gate reports.

This vision focuses on creating integrated urban communities with services based on advanced research and studies conducted by the company’s team to meet market needs and requirements.

He explained that the company’s strategy is centered on creating a positive impact on society by enhancing the Egyptian real estate market and striving for optimal performance in line with international standards.

The company is also actively seeking investment opportunities in promising and attractive areas within the New Administrative Capital (NAC) and New Cairo, particularly in the Sixth Settlement.

Zarif pointed out that the company’s new offerings are backed by a strong track record and over 30 years of extensive experience in real estate development, during which it has gained the trust of valued customers and housed more than 3,000 families.

The company’s projects span from Nasr City, where it has completed over 200 developments, to New Cairo and the NAC, including various residential, commercial, administrative, medical, and educational projects, as well as tourism and hotel initiatives in Marsa Alam on the Red Sea coast.

He highlighted that Kayan International School, located in the NAC’s R8 district, covers approximately 5 feddans and features 70 classrooms equipped with the latest educational tools, accommodating 1,750 students annually. The school also includes sports fields and a theater that seats 500 students. Furthermore, it is internationally accredited and offers two distinct educational systems: British and American.

Kyrollos Zarif described the Sky Mall project in Nasr City as the ideal integrated commercial destination, combining progress and innovation across a total area of 3,800 sqm. It comprises more than 200 units, including commercial, administrative, and medical spaces.

He noted that the company has contracted with the engineering consulting firm Mohamed Talaat to supervise “Vigor” mall in the central business district of the NAC.

Additionally, the company has introduced three projects in New Cairo: “Greya Compound,” which spans 4,354 sqm and includes 120 fully equipped residential units and hotel studios; and the “Sephora Heights” residential project, offering various living spaces ranging from 147 to 238 sqm, all designed to meet high aesthetic standards.
