Tower One of Bayat Plaza’s superstructure has recently been completed in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, reported Trade Arabia.

The Bayat Plaza project is being developed by Manazil, a subsidiary of the Sabban Group in Saudi Arabia.

The project is expected to include two adjacent towers that will contain 272 luxury apartments that consist of two-bedroom units, three and four-bedroom duplexes and five-bedroom penthouses.

The second tower is expected to be completed by the end of next September, according to Arab News.

The Bayat Plaza project includes 2,600 square meters of retail space on the ground floor that will serve residents and is expected to include a mini market, cafes and food outlets, and designer boutiques. The second floor will include family rooms, business centers, reading rooms, games rooms, a children’s play area and a gym.
